Buyer Due Diligence Protocol

Before executing any property purchase or making financial commitments in DHA Phase 6 Lahore, perform independent verification through official DHA channels:

• Physical Site Inspection: Inspect the plot/house location on ground. Verify street width and surrounding utility fixtures.
• Title & Allocation Check: Inspect the original allotment/transfer letter and match ownership with NADRA CNIC.
• No Demand Certificate (NDC): Verify that the seller has applied for or can obtain an official DHA NDC ensuring all dues and development charges are cleared.
• Transfer Office Verification: Conduct transfer procedures only at the official DHA Lahore Main Office (Phase 6 Complex).
